Approach

Data-Led Planning Meets Operational Design

Using Revit and BIM workflows, we developed design concepts that incorporated staff growth, volume projections, and logistics planning. We mapped adjacency needs, optimised lab and warehouse flow, and integrated health, safety, and support functions.

The result was a flexible masterplan with clarity on how to scale over time — from courier zones and sample routing to autoclave, wash-up, and specialist lab areas.

LTS facilitated remote workshops to gather operational intelligence, map workflows, and build detailed future state scenarios.
