Wilhelm Boshoff is Co-Founder and Director of LTS Global and an industrial engineer by training, with more than 32 years of professional experience in international laboratory transformation. He sets the strategic direction of LTS and leads the continued development of its transformation methodologies and approach. His experience spans laboratory operations, strategy and transformation, with a particular focus on defining the right problem and connecting transformation intent to practical execution. Wilhelm brings these dimensions together as an integrated system, helping ensure that complex transformation remains focused on measurable, sustainable value rather than a series of isolated interventions.

Director | Laboratory Strategy, Design & Advisory
